Men's Pelvic Floor Exercise or the Erection Workout?

Here I am actually doing the Pelvic Floor Exercise - to get an erection on demand. 

The same exercise - done without an erection strengthens the erection muscle, increases blood flow and testosterone levels (as well as giving nice sensations) - all this gives us stronger erections in the future...

...Therefore it makes sense to me as the erectiondr.com to call it the Erection Workout!


Even more reasons to call pelvic floor exercises the Penis/Erection Workout

...reinforces we're working our penis to get stronger erections in the future 
...there's a secret way to do the pelvic floor exercises that increases erection capability and sexual satisfaction so why call it anything boring! 

...Plus calling it this provides constant reinforcement as to the gains we can expect to see and sounds more sexual. What sounds better:

I'm just off for my 'Penis/Erection Workout


The name change starts off a degree of sexualness that continues with the exercise....

(I realise sexualness is also not a recognised word, but for me it seems to describe the essence of what we are trying to do - improve our sexualness! whether with stronger  more frequent erections, more control or increased sensations)


Generally the penis / erection exercise is done as described at erectiondr.com for the sole gain of improving erection hardness. However sometimes hardness or erection strength may not need improving - but the sexualness within us, can at some points in our life fade.

...prioritising our 'sexualness'  when doing the penis/erection exercise

Generally it can be useful to bring in physical and psychological aspects for this (I'll talk more about the psychological in future) but in this case the physical is the main driver.

When we get more control of our pelvic floor muscles through the penis/erection exercise - it can lead to some great sensations and is almost like masturbation in reverse - as we start off with the feelings around our penis and testes due to the physical sensations of the muscles working - but not always initially with sexual thoughts in our mind. (As opposed to general masturbation where the sexual thoughts in our mind lead us to physical touch and sensations of our genitals.)

The initiator is in reverse and it is without touch of the hand - it is this aspect that can for some really be the key to helping psychological erection problem's too!. For some this helps explore our sexual response in a different way, but this needs a bit of time and an open mind. I encourage you to try it - it can be a powerful feeling.

The trick can be to combine our exercising with masturbation - this is what `I do a lot of the time. I love it, as not only does it make the exercise enjoyable, gives me some nice time out and sometimes some incredible NEW sensations.
